Made of top quality raw materials and essential oils, VANTANA distillery drinks stand out for their rich aroma and excellently balanced flavour.

VANTANA’s knowledge and expertise in liqueur production started many years ago, when Panagioti Vantana created for the first time liqueur flavours such as Banana, Rose, Cinnamon, Clove, Mastic, Cherry, Mint and many combinations that were very popular at the time.

Today, combining top quality raw materials and modern distillation techniques, VANTANA has enriched its product range with new flavours that satisfy perfectly the contemporary palate and the creative requirements of modern complex cocktails.

 

 

 

Flavour nuances such as the sweet, sour and acidic have been fantastically paired, with each bottle sealing its very own, unique aromas. Every VANTANA liqueur is special; it matures and is homogenised at its own time to offer ultimately stable flavour, aroma and colour.

The VANTANA liqueur range comprises: Banana, Rose, Mint, Cherry, Coffee, Coconut, Lemon - Limoncello, Amaretto, Triple Sec, Blue Curacao.

VANTANA liqueurs are also perfect in creative baking.

PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN
RED SWEET WINE P.D.O.

The most famous red dessert wine of Greece which grows only in certain areas of the province Patras in Achaia. Great full-bodied, yet delicate dessert wine. Distnctly ruby in colour, aromas and flavors of mature red fruits and spices, well balanced, with long aftertaste. Served at 11-14oC, accompanying fruits and desserts.

Tsipouro. A drink taken from the Greek tradition and inextricably linked to the Vandana Tzouda Family that keeps its recipe and taste pure.

Panagiotis Vantanas distilled and stored in his barrels the "raki" of the year—(as it was called in those years)—after the harvest season. Achaia's extensive viticulture and the rich production of several local grape varieties gave him the opportunity to choose the best quality raw material to distil his tsipouro.

This exquisite spirit, which accompanies our people’s joyful moments, is produced from grape marc and distilled without the addition of aniseed.
Vantana Tsipouro is produced from grapes of Greek aromatic varieties grown on selected vineyards under controlled conditions, respecting humans and the environment. After alcoholic fermentation, the marc is distilled in small discontinuous copper stills through a patient and thorough process to maintain its primary aromas.
Only the “heart” is kept for Vantana Tsipouro. The distillation contains the purest, richest and finest aromas, a velvety taste that is free from harmful substances.
The distillate is then diluted with crystal-clear water from the mountains of Erymanthos. After being filtered, it is kept in storage tanks long enough to be homogenised and stabilised before it is transferred to the bottles with the characteristic dark green label.
Tasting it means mustering all senses. Look at it in the light: it is clear and translucent. Smell it and feel its aromatic character. Hold it in your mouth and feel the magic of distillation. This is how you enjoy Vantana Tsipouro.
It’s crystal clear in appearance. It is delicate on the nose with intense fruity aromas and floral notes, a complex bouquet and a palette of aromas. In the mouth, it is sophisticated and velvety, softly alcoholic with a long finish. Richness and finesse form a whole with exceptional length.

Enjoy it neat, preferably cold, or on the rocks.
It can also be used as a base for inspired cocktails or as a simple addition.
Vantana Tsipouro is the drink of “freedom” that does not obey many rules. Such a dominant flavour requires equally dominant food pairings in terms of flavour intensity. Its aggressive flavours call for it to be paired with spicy dishes, meat, and cheese, as well as special flavours such as fish roe, smoked eel, stewed seafood, and many Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
